Due to my active interest in Deep-Tech businesses I mainly look at commercial drones / UAVs, robotics, semi-conductors, cybersecurity, software-hardware crossover, IoT, precision genomics, agtech and food-tech.
We are one of Europe’s largest Venture Capital teams with £1bn under management.
We are specialists in our fields and generalists as a fund.
At Octopus Ventures, we are looking for exceptionally talented teams with businesses that can scale explosively and transform industries. We are interested in early stage businesses to invest between £250,000 to £25 million in a first round of funding, and we may look to follow in subsequent rounds.
Based in London and New York, we have Venture Partners in San Francisco, Singapore and China. Our typical initial investment is from £1m for Seed to around £5m for Series A.
