Founder, Leader & Investor across Mental Health, Recruitment and Technology. Within investment interests in numerous ventures.  Since 2017 I have been at the helm of two growing businesses with revenues in excess of £1m without no external investment. In addition I have backed businesses such as SenseOn leading player in the global cyber defence space, who have recently completed their Series A led by MMC Ventures and Eight Roads. I have backed Bank North - The first new regional lending bank in the North for over 150 years.  

I have also seen a number of businesses flounder such as Pricesearcher, Bilateral VR, which is part of the journey for some investors, where businesses fail the execute their strategy.

Before my most recent investments I Co-Founded Staffgroup and its brands and grew it to become a £54m, £13m NFI business, with 130 employees.

Staffgroup was successfully sold to Cordant in June 2015, netting an excellent return for ourselves and our management team.

With a focus on Quality Vertical Markets, Strong Brand identification and a presence in a number of high growth Geographic regions, Staffgroup's emphasis has been on organic growth, staff development and been assertive in developing new revenue streams.

We created a high performance culture, based on meritocratic values supported by a number of long term personnel.
